    Quoted from my keto for diabetics group “After 2 years of being plant based and trying to get my blood sugar under control I was getting frustrated. I was tired of eating stuff that wasn’t fulfilling and craving sweets like crazy. It’s only a week in on keto and my blood sugar has been no higher than 120. Sometimes my blood sugar got to almost 300 while plant based.
    Now I’m eating delicious food and my blood sugar is decreasing. Today I had a yummy breakfast. I made my waffles using quest protein powder, only 2 net carbs.
    It feels great to find a way of eating that works for ME. All thanks to Dr Jonathan Spages.

    Actually Dr Jonathan Spages I stopped having chocolate, sweets and sugary pop since Sunday I’ve now been free from it now nearly a week and honestly I now don’t want sugar it seems too sickly to me. I was addicted for sure. You don’t realize until you stop.

    Smoothies really help the cravings for sugar. Fruit in general is a good substitute. When I get the craving just have an apple, banana, berries, etc. What I learn best to Dr. Jonathan Spages is to not buy the bad food in the first place. You can’t eat it if it’s not in your cupboard/fridge.
